How to reconcile a payout
- Compare one reporting period and the same time zone.
- Separate data by SubID, GEO and campaign.
- For CPA, compare FTDs and paid actions; for RevShare, compare NGR and the rate.
- For a discrepancy, send the period, label and relevant report rows to your manager.

When results become a payout
Monday accrual
Commission for the previous week is accrued on Monday morning and automatically credited to the affiliate account. No manual request is required.
Negative NGR
Under the standard scheme, the previous week’s negative result is carried forward: payment is deferred until the calculation base becomes positive.
A rolling 91-day window
Negative NGR is tracked in a rolling 91-day window. Expired deficits are written off and no longer affect future calculations.
V5 Diamond separately includes No NCO — no negative carryover. Confirm the rule for your tier in your account. Crediting commission to the affiliate account and transferring money to payment details are separate steps; agree methods, minimums and transfer timing with your manager.

What to agree before launch
Affiliate agreement
Affiliate rights, calculation model and tier conditions are governed by the agreement. Obtain the current version and check your account’s terms before sending traffic.
Bonuses and promotions
Cash promotions, including FTD bonuses, apply within their stated periods and are credited after eligibility checks. Offers may change without prior notice; a tier card’s bonus amount does not replace the specific promotion’s rules.
Product licensing
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for luckybear.live identifies Bridge Technologies B.V. as the operator and lists license OGL/2024/431/0231. The certificate applies to that gaming domain.
